How We Started
Built by people who were tired of automation that only works in the demo
TrailOps started as one builder shipping n8n workflows and AI-integrated SaaS products for early-stage founders — and getting asked the same question on every project: “why does everyone else's automation break the moment it hits production?” So we built a studio around the opposite habit. Every workflow, chatbot, and API we ship is tested against real data, real edge cases, and real failure modes before it goes live. No proof-of-concept theater, no “we'll fix it in v2.” If it's not production-ready, it's not done.
That's still how we work today: small team, direct access to the people building your system, and a bias toward shipping something that works over presenting something that looks good in a pitch.
